How it works
Three steps. You add your details once — we keep the data brokers honest.
1. Add household members
Enter the names, emails, addresses, and phone numbers you want removed. Family plan covers up to 5 members.
2. We send removal requests
Jurisdiction-aware CCPA, GDPR Art. 17, and UK GDPR templates go out to every applicable broker. We track the response.
3. We re-remove every 60 days
Brokers re-acquire your data. We notice and re-submit. Your dashboard shows the status of every request, every cycle.
What's included on every plan
We don't gate features. Solo and Family get the same coverage — Family just covers more people.
We never resell your data
Your information is used only to submit removal requests. We retain it only as long as your subscription is active.
EU-ready from day one
GDPR Art. 17 + 21 request templates. EU Art. 27 representative arrangement via Prighter. Honest about jurisdictional limits.
Removal is not one-and-done
Brokers re-acquire data constantly. We resend every 60 days. You can see every cycle and every response in your dashboard.
Frequently asked
What is a data broker?
A company that scrapes the public and semi-public web for personal information (names, addresses, phone numbers, employment history), aggregates it into profiles, and sells access to those profiles. People-search sites are the consumer-facing version; B2B brokers sell to insurers, marketers, and background-check companies.
How do you know which brokers hold my data?
Two paths. For people-search sites we run targeted searches against your details. For private B2B brokers we use your country and state of residence to identify every broker subject to CCPA or GDPR jurisdiction in your area, then send opt-out requests regardless of whether they confirm holding your data.
How long does removal take?
It depends on the broker. CCPA requires action within 45 days; GDPR within 30 days. Some comply in hours, others wait until day 44. Your dashboard shows the legal deadline for each request and flags any that miss it.
What jurisdictions do you cover?
United States (CCPA / CPRA and state equivalents), European Union (GDPR Art. 17 right to erasure, Art. 21 right to object), and United Kingdom (UK GDPR). We do not currently submit requests in Canada, Australia, or Asia.
Are you Incogni?
No. Incogni is a great product; we're a smaller, more transparent alternative with EU coverage from day one, no tiered feature gating, and full visibility into every request we send.
Is this currently invite-only?
Yes. We're in closed beta. If you have an invite code, sign up at /signup. To request an invite, email support@myprivacyback.com.
